Clinique Médicale Crowley

Hello, I have an appointment with Dr El-Achkar on Monday morning 09:40. In view of the current coronavirus problem, and the Quebec government guidelines, I feel I must postpone this appointment. Sorry for the short notice. Although at 66 years I am not yet 70+, but do have certain chronic medical conditions (hypertension, diabetes2, psoriatic arthritis - with medication that modifies the immune system) that put me into the riskier group. Normally I would travel to the appointment via Metro, which is not recommended for me to do. As far as my eyesight goes, I can report to Dr El-Achkar that I do not have a deterioration since my last visit. Perhaps even a small improvement. I hope Dr El-Achkar will understand my situation. Am also with Dr. El Achkar and received an e-mail saying my appointment for Nov 9th is cancelled but was given no explanation and it mentioned that I could not reply to this e-mail and when I left a message at the the Crowley Clinic in Mtl no one called me back. I tried to call the Laval office but the phone numer I was given made a funny noise like it was a fax. I called back the Mtl number and left a message that if he was only working from his Laval office I was still interested in making a new appointment and again no one called me back. Help me please.
